Ireọlá is an educator and sacred arts curator/producer. She is a multidisciplinary agent of transformation whose story is marked by curiosity, sagacity, and a passion for education, cultural arts, and justice.
Born in the Artibonite region of Ayiti, Ireọlá is the creation of Mercita Dieujuste and Jean Robert Phileus. Her roots and community have shaped her into an astute executive in the sectors of education leadership, organizational development, and arts management.
Over the last decade, Ireọlá has saliently influenced institutional and grassroots programming, intercontinentally. As the principal consultant, she provides strategic direction to creatives and executives seeking transformational impact.
